Throughout the market, tube packaging is mostly screen printed or label printed. Screen printing requires costly screens for each color which means high cost per tube for small-scale orders, and doesn’t allow complicate designs and rich gradients. Labeled tubes look less professional than surface-printed tubes, of which the labels will get creasing or tearing in the tube filling and sealing process.
As an ideal alternative to the above technologies, 3sixty Tube is endowed with new digital inkjet printing to revolutionize the tube packaging industry. 3sixty Tube produces smooth gradients, photorealistic images and crisp small-sized texts, achieving cost-effective medium- & short-run tube printing with efficient workflows and fast delivery time.
Advanced Tube Handling Mechanism Accomplishes High-efficiency Production
Automated Loading and Unloading System
Configured with an automated loading and unloading system, 3sixty Tube excels at automatic handling of tubes from loading, printing, curing, to unloading.
The operator only needs to add a batch of tubes into the hopper, and then the system will transmit and load tubes two by two onto the mandrels forprinting. After being cured, the tubes will be unloaded to the exit channel. The automation design liberates the operator from repetitive and boring work, increasing production efficiency and lowering manpower cost.
2 Sets of Operation Stations
3sixty Tube achieves high-efficiency production of short- & medium-run tube decoration featuring twin-tube simultaneous printing and 2 sets of operation stations for loading, printing, curing and unloading. 2 sets of operation stations rotate in and out alternately for continuous printing of tubes, optimizing production workflows, saving operating space and resulting in the most effective industrial inkjet printing.
Automatic Print Head Protection System monitors whether the print heads will be scratched or exposed to UV lights, and immediately stops the movement of the carriage in case of the emergency situations, effectively ensuring the safety of print heads.
Based on an all-in-one design concept, the small and compact Print Head Maintenance Module allows automatic purging, wiping and capping for convenient unattended operation.
Automatic Ink Supply System monitors and controls ink levels of the main/ sub ink tanks with liquid level sensors.
We offer a range of UV curable inks with bright colors, as well as advantages of excellent hardness, durability and scratch, chemical, and water resistance. Specifically developed for direct printing on tubes.

- Thanks to the Rotational Print Pass Method (RPPM) and Special Print Head Arrangement Method, 3sixty Tube is endowed with amazing print productivity and quality for simultaneous printing of 2 tapered/ cylindrical objects.
- Ink Droplet Conversion Algorithm realizes consistent resolutions and stable visual effects in different objects tubes, ideal for printing tubes even with small sizes.
- Ink Droplet Compensation Algorithm for taper printing ensures even image density on different sections of the taper and avoiding image deformation.
- Combining special algorithms, 3sixty Tube thoroughly eliminates gaps or overlaps of images in 360° seamless printing.
- 3sixty Tube supports Colorful Variable Data Printing, including logos, images, texts, numbers, codes, etc.
