The story of Amica Technology began with collaboration. In 2012, a joint development project with customers in Sweden led to the creation of Amica’s first digital rotary printer.
Over the following years, the technology continued to evolve. Engineers refined performance, improved reliability, and pushed the limits of what digital rotary printing could achieve.
A major breakthrough came in 2018 at FESPA Europe, where the 3sixty gen 2 was unveiled. The market response was immediate: more than 400 leads were generated during the exhibition, confirming that the industry was ready for a new approach to high-performance rotary printing.
As interest from resellers and print professionals across Europe grew rapidly, the next logical step was to establish a stronger European presence.
In 2022, Amica Technology B.V. was officially founded in Almere, The Netherlands, becoming the European hub dedicated to rotary printing solutions and customer support.
