From Las Vegas: our colleagues from Amica Systems at PRINTING United Expo 2026
PRINTING United Expo is North America’s largest print show, and this year’s edition was one of its biggest yet: 27,000 attendees from 100 countries and more than 850 exhibitors at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Automation, personalisation, embellishment and AI dominated the conversations.
Our colleagues from Amica Systems represented the Amica group on the show floor. They presented complete inkjet solutions from R&D to manufacturing, backed by 38 years of experience and 140+ patents. Here’s what they brought to Vegas:
New generation 360° rotary printing
More colours and more performance. The extended ink set adds white, light colours, orange, green and varnish to CMYK. It prints objects up to 330 mm long, with high-throw printing on deeply contoured shapes and optional robotic automation. The same platform handles mugs with and without handles.
A flatbed built for the promotional market
Up to 600 mm media thickness, batch printing with fixtures, and digital varnish for gloss, matte and texture effects, including 2.5D embossed prints.
The classic that started it all
The TBC series, the pioneer of 360° rotary printing, now has 12 years of proven production behind it.
The samples on the booth made a strong case for direct-to-object printing: tumblers wrapped in dense folk-inspired floral patterns, mugs, glassware, printed computer mice and decorative plates. These are exactly the personalised, high-margin products the promo market is asking for, on both sides of the Atlantic.
Congratulations to the Amica Systems team on a great show!
